Biography: Chris is a partner of the firm, focusing on professional liability defense, complex commercial litigation, collections, mechanics lien litigation, and construction disputes. Chris has defended a variety of professionals — including lawyers, accountants, architects, directors and officers, surveyors, appraisers, realtors, and real estate brokers — in matters involving malpractice, breach of fiduciary duties, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, business torts and breach of contract. His commercial litigation, collections, mechanics lien, and construction experience includes representing small, medium, and large businesses as well as owners, suppliers, vendors, public entities, developers, contractors, subcontractors, professionals and other individuals in a variety of personal, commercial and construction matters. Chris was also named an Illinois Super Lawyers-Rising Star for 2013 through 2018.
